Paul Chadder, Managing Director:

Prior to founding drive for life, Paul Chadder was co-founder of Futurus Management Inc, a Toronto based consulting practice. Previous to Futurus, Paul had 18 years of management experience at Procter & Gamble. He spent the last 4 years of his career in Brazil managing the business in a dynamic, emerging market characterized by economic variability and differing consumer demographics and customer channel profiles. As a General Manager in Brazil, Paul was responsible for the takeover and integration of a new business. He focused on business operations and strategy development, manufacturing/logistics and sales and marketing, with responsibility for bottom line profit management. Prior to his experience in Brazil, Paul held several senior management marketing positions in the Canadian Beauty Care and Laundry Products divisions. Paul's career at P&G began in the Finance organization where he assumed increasing responsibility for in-depth business analysis, financial planning and forecasting and profit management.  Community involvement has included supporting various charitable organizations and sports associations.

John Williamson, Managing Director

Prior to founding drive for life, John Williamson was co-founder of Futurus Management Inc, a Toronto based consulting practice. Previous to Futurus, John was a Partner and National Director at Deloitte & Touche. Beyond his management responsibilities with the firm, John has experience in the High Tech sector and with fast growing companies. John has been an advisor to The Board of Innovator’s Alliance (an alliance of CEO’s of Ontario’s fastest growing companies) and was a key contributor to their business plan. Prior to joining D&T in 1997, John spent 16 years at Procter & Gamble. With a proven track record of exceeding business expectations, he developed a reputation as an empowering leader who built strong, results-oriented organizations. Leadership roles at P&G included General Manager in Canada of the Health & Beauty Care and Food & Beverage Divisions; Category Manager for Laundry Detergents Eastern Europe; and Marketing Director Czech and Slovak Republics. John has Board experience with various industry associations and charity organizations. He has been recognized by Big Brothers of Metropolitan Toronto as an outstanding contributor.

Tom Gove, Public Relations and Government Relations.  

Mr. Thomas Gove brings extensive expertise in public and government relations.  Prior to his involvement in drive for life, Tom was Director Corporate Affairs and Management Systems for Procter & Gamble Canada.  As a member of Management Committee he had responsibility for all of the company’s external interfaces.  Key management positions at P&G included Integration Manager for Richardson-Vicks, Manager Management Systems & Distribution, and Section Manager Advertising MSD Procter & Gamble U.S.A.  Tom has served on numerous boards and government committees including: Councillor, Town of Markham; Planning Chairman, Town of Markham; Chairman, Committee of Adjustment, Town of Markham; Chairman, Council Of Public Relations Executives of Canada; Chairman, Environment Committee, Canadian Chamber of Commerce; Vice-Chairman, Ontario Science Centre; President, Toronto Philharmonia  Orchestra; Donor Relations Committee, North York General Hospital; Member of the Canada/ U.S.  Trade Relations Committee; Member of the International Trade  Advisory Committee for the Dept. of Foreign Affairs; Chairman Markham Theatre Board; Member of  the Markham Mobility Bus Committee;  and, Director, DeLaSalle College Board.

Hannes Kerbler, Sales and Marketing.  

Mr. Hannes Kerbler is a Futurus Management Associate and brings expertise in Sales Management including organizational design, in depth knowledge of channel management strategies and customer spending programs.  Upon retiring from Procter & Gamble in 1997, Hannes has served as a senior officer in a real estate/ property management firm and provided consulting expertise for a variety of companies.  From 1994 to 1997 Hannes was National Sales Manager for Procter & Gamble Canada.  As a member of Management Committee, he was responsible for achieving volume, trade marketing and share objectives in $300 million dollar Beauty Care & Cosmetics Division.  Hannes was responsible for over 300 employees and a budget in the mid-8 digit range.  Other key management positions at P&G include General Manager Exports Eastern Europe (1991-94), General Manager Commercial Service Products (1989-91), Manager Food Service & Institutional Foods (1982-1989).  Hannes has served on a variety of industry associations and is fluent in German.
